About the Role : Reporting to the Executive Director (CEO), the Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) will be responsible for providing in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic recommendations to support business decisions.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively as well as conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.

Responsibilities :
- Analyze financial performance to identify trends and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Prepare reporting packs and presentations to support senior leadership with financial data and recommendations.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, monthly closing processes, and conduct intercompany reconciliation.
- Oversee accurate bookkeeping and management of fixed assets, including lease capitalizations and depreciation.
- Manage external Accounts Payables team, coordinate invoicing for royalties and rent, and handle insurance renewals and personal finances of owners.
Qualifications : CPA designated or near completion of the program
Required Skills :
- 4-5 years of relevant accounting, reporting and analysis experience
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to learn and understand the business - systems, process, how revenue is generated etc.
- Ability to pickup new technology quickly
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to be in office 4 days per week
