What will your typical day look like?

As a Consultant / Senior Consultant in Actuarial and Insurance Solutions practice, you will :

• Deliver work on a wide range of consulting projects within actuarial areas such as Appointed Actuary services, actuarial model development (AXIS, Pathwise, Python), model risk management, climate risk modelling, and audit support.
• Contribute to market offerings by bringing fresh, innovative approaches to existing and new initiatives.
• Work with high‑profile clients on projects spanning actuarial technology transformation, product and underwriting strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), advanced data analytics, financial / regulatory reporting and financial / capital forecasting and planning.
• Stay current with technical and industry developments including Insurtech, Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning, Generative AI and Advanced Analytics.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal learning and development; act as a brand ambassador to help attract top‑talent.
• Actively focus on developing effective communication and relationship‑building skills.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $56,000 - $90,000 at the Consultant level and $72,000 - $116,000 for the Senior Consultant level. Individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
