Senior Technical Writer

We're looking for a Senior Technical Writer with a flair for creating concise, easy to use content to join our team as we scale MaintainX’s documentation practice.

What You'll Do

• Write, review, and publish content for the MaintainX help center, including : user guides, integration guides, API developer guides, changelogs & release notes, and in-platform user assistance.
• Own the docs for whole product areas and work closely with product teams to align documentation with user needs.
• Partner with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Customer Education, and others.
• Help improve the documentation team’s tooling, processes & practices, and contribute to documentation strategy.
• Support internal documentation and docs-adjacent initiatives.
