About this opportunity :

The Manager, Atlantic Region Logistics position is responsible for leading and managing all logistics services that support offshore operations within the Atlantic region. Operating in a complex, high-risk environment, the role requires sound judgement and swift decision-making to ensure the safety, efficiency and continuity of drilling and production activities. As a key contributor to the overall success of offshore operations, this role requires strategic oversight, operational excellence, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll do :

Lead logistics operations across Atlantic Region assets.

Ensure continuous support for drilling, production and daily operations while maintaining full compliance with all regulatory and operational standards.

Lead a high-performing team delivering complex and critical services.

Oversee third-party logistics providers (vessels, helicopters, marine base, etc.).

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and contractors.

Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement in logistics execution.

Support emergency response and contingency planning and allocate resources effectively under dynamic and high-pressure conditions.

Training as required by the CAPP Standard Practice for Training & Qualifications of Personnel, Transport Canada, other regulatory requirements, and company required training as per the approved Cenovus Training Matrix.

Who you are :

Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications :

Legally authorized to work in Canada

Minimum 12 years experience required in logistics / leadership with a strong understanding of Offshore Drilling and Operations activities.

Post secondary degree / diploma in a related field considered an asset.
