We are in search of keyholders for our Etobicoke location at The Westway/Martin Grove

Job Description:

Our ideal Key Holder is responsible, has high attention to detail and excellent time management capabilities; as they’re regularly in charge of store operations when the manager is not in the shop. In addition to operational duties before and after shop hours, they must also be effective problem solvers and critical thinkers to logically resolve any customer or product issues.

Experience Requirements:

• A qualified Key Holder will possess the following knowledge and competency;
• A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a retail leadership role.
• Familiarity with using security alarm systems - enabling and disabling them.
• Understanding of POS (point of sale) software, opening and closing tills.
• Comfortability working on the shop floor, driving sales for the shop, motivating team members and attending to customers.
• They should also demonstrate a history of upholding company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid Cannsell Certification (Must obtain prior to working)
• Police background check
• Must be 19 years of age or older

Job Types: Casual, Permanent, Part-time, Full-time

Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
