Responsibilities

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products : provide tax guidance, review self‑prepared returns, offer full‑service return preparation, and manage product / software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to research and deliver accurate answers to customers in plain language.
• This is a virtual, customer‑facing role. Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions for accurate record‑keeping.
• Provide timely, clear support in English for customers across Canada, many of whom are English‑only speakers.
• Meet a flexible schedule, working a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Compensation & Benefits

Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with a pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is :

PEI $24.50‑$33.50 per hour

BC $24.50‑$33.50 per hour

Nova Scotia $24.50‑$33.50 per hour

The position is eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with applicable plans.
