Our client, a premium snack brand with deep roots, a bold new look, and big plans to shake up the snack aisle, is looking for a Brand and Design Specialist to design the future of better snacking!
As the Brand and Design Specialist, you will protect and elevate the company brand across every physical and digital touchpoint. Packaging, POS, digital ads, influencer collabs, trade show booths… you’ll be involved with it all.
Responsibilities :
- Packaging and Print Creation
Create or refresh SKUs
Design press-ready packaging, shelf-talkers, shipper displays, flyers, and gift graphics.Direct external creatives when needed.Vendor and Agency CoordinationSource and manage designers, photographers, printers, and influencers.
Handle quoting, feedback, quality control, and delivery.Internal Creative SupportTweak sell-sheets, mock-ups, and presentation decks.
Trade Shows and EventsDesign everything from booth panels to branded swag.
Collaborate with sales and eventsBrand Asset LibraryMaintain dielines, renders, fonts, and photo libraries.
E-commerceCreate and update hero images, infographics, and video assets for product listings.
Keep every SKU fresh, compliant, and looking amazing across platforms.Social Media MarketingManage the social media profiles, pixels, and ad accounts
Run the content calendar, engage with the audience, and lead influencer campaigns that don’t feel like ads.Requirements :
3-5 years working in Design for the consumer packaged goods, food, or lifestyle industry.Experience with print packaging & POS—dielines, colour matching, ect.Digitally Creative, from image ratios to SEO-driven e-comm visuals.Confident in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) motion or 3D an asset.A sharp eye for detail.Fantastic organization skills.Collaborative spirit—comfortable guiding external vendors and working cross-functionally.
