Position Summary :

The Director of Finance will oversee all financial aspects of the company's strategy, driving the planning, implementation, and management of finance activities. This includes business planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and negotiations. The Director of Finance will ensure the company’s financial health and growth by managing its financial strategy, controlling financial risks, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Reports to : CEO

Duties & Responsibilities :

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Develop and execute the financial strategy of the company in alignment with business objectives.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive management team on financial matters.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic initiatives.
• Responsible for implementing, monitoring, analyzing and reporting on organizational KPI’s, both financial and operational, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve targeted performance outcomes

Education :

Experience :

Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 10 years in a senior financial leadership role.

Work Environment

This position is an in-person role that operates in an office environment. Occasional travel may be required for meetings with stakeholders, investors or partners.
