Job Title : Leasing Administrator (Property)
Location : Halifax
As a Lease Administrator you will play a crucial role in organizing and coordinating our senior operations managers and Property Manager. You will ensure compliance with contract terms, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

Responsibilities
Qualifications
Experience in residential leasing or rental management.
Strong understanding of local rental regulations and compliance.
Proven ability to work towards and meet targets.
Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in lead conversion.
Experience scheduling and coordinating viewings, maintaining schedules and calendars, and booking appointments.
Experience with property management software is considered an asset (Lead Management, Property Vista, Yardi Voyager, Payquad).
Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel & Word.
