Responsible for Assisting with the administrative activities of the Accounting Department, which provides customer services to tenants living on SPLC buildings and clients from the local communities who uses our services and programs.
Responsibilities :
- Assists with Accounting Department with filing, matching invoices, coding invoices, processing invoices, reconcile accounts
Education :
Pursing or Completed education in B Commerce, Accounting, or Finance Qualifications :
Previous Accounting experience an assetHighly detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracyProficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPointStrong organization skills and accurate filing and record keepingAbility to work under pressureExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality of informationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHighly action-oriented and results-orientedAbility to work both independently and as part of a multi-cultural teamRequirements :
