Leasing Administrator

Our downtown Vancouver real estate client is seeking a Leasing Administrator to join the team.

**Competitive salary ranging from $80-85K**

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Administrator to support the review of commercial leasing agreements. This role is responsible for conducting detailed reviews of leasing documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct detailed reviews of commercial leasing agreements
* Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent terms, clauses, schedules, and exhibits prior to submission
* Ensure leasing documents align with approved templates, internal policies, and approval requirements
* Coordinate revisions and corrections with leasing, legal, and internal stakeholders
* Manage document version control and ensure agreements are execution-ready

Successful Candidate:
* Minimum 5 years of experience reviewing retail leasing documents
* Strong experience with commercial lease agreements
* Exceptional attention to detail and contract review skills
* Ability to manage high volumes of documents with accuracy and efficiency
