Job Description Summary

Oversee Mic Mac Mall's marketing department and ensure all goals and objectives are aligned with operations, leasing and development departments. Lead the creation of new partnerships, programs and events to drive brand awareness and elevate brand identity. Development and implementation of the annual marketing plan for the Centre.

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of an annual marketing plan and budget for the shopping centre with the ultimate goal of increasing customer traffic and driving sales growth.
• Implement all marketing plans, strategies, and tactics to ensure the highest standards of execution.
• Responsible for preparation, direction, management, tracking and reporting of the annual marketing budget.
• Regular monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of key results as they relate to marketing programs, including sales, traffic, social media and digital analytics.
• Creation of promotional, advertising and marketing programs to enhance the profile of the shopping centre with the goal of driving sales and increasing customer traffic.
• Oversee development and implementation of all promotional activities and special events.
• Oversee the implementation, operation and promotion of the centre’s gift card program.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
