About the Opportunity

• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting such as Sales reports and customer P&L

Identify areas of opportunity and / or concern and provide recommendations

Prepare weekly variance analysis including sales and GP reporting with a high degree of accuracy and strict adherence to deadlines

Manage and review general accounting journal entries

Ensure that general accounting journal entries are accurately recorded in accordance to company deadlines and accounting processes

Communicate with field operations to accurately process Commissary & Non-Trad Business

Support the annual budget and forecasting initiatives

Other tasks that will be assigned on ad hoc basis

About You

Currently pursuing CPA or CMA designation

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role

Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Suite i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Ability to work independently and carry out assignments with minimal instruction

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Macro programming skills an asset

Salary Range

$75,000 - $80,000 / year
