As a seasoned supervisor in the manufacturing industry, this is your chance to join a highly respected organization with established processes and room to grow as their newest Production Manager . In this overnight shift, you will organize and supervise manufacturing staff. This will include fostering a positive workspace and encouraging the team to develop new ideas for improvement. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS PRODUCTION MANAGER (NIGHTS) :

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee activities of the production department during the midnight shift.
  • Proactively resolve conflict and address personnel and disciplinary issues.
  • Deliver ongoing training and guidance to all team members.
  • Ensure regular production, quality, and safety targets are met.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, production, and engineering to meet standards and requirements .
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve processes using Lean concepts.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of tools and facility

    • WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A PRODUCTION MANAGER (NIGHTS) :

  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Welding skills are an asset
  • People skills that are excellent for de-escalating situations and resolving issues
  • Experience implementing Lean methodologies and the 5S pillars
