Contract Duration : 12+ months (Extension possible)

Pay range : C$85 - 105 / hr

Location : Toronto, ON

Work Type : Hybrid, onsite twice a week. (Scarborough or Toronto)

Job Description

Are you a seasoned Scrum Master ready to lead agile teams to success? We're seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities :

  • Agile Facilitation : Drive and improve agile processes, ensuring efficient and effective team execution.
  • Impediment Removal : Identify and resolve obstacles, protecting the team's focus.
  • Continuous Improvement : Foster a culture of learning and innovation, seeking out best practices.
  • Team Empowerment : Encourage collaboration, teamwork, and personal growth.
  • Ceremony Leadership : Facilitate effective Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with Product Owners, Technology Leads, and other stakeholders to align goals and priorities.
  • Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  • Compliance Adherence : Ensure adherence to enterprise frameworks, policies, and standards.
    • Qualifications :
  • Must-Have :

Scrum Master Certification

  • 3+ years of Scrum Master experience
  • 5+ years of Agile experience
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with data encryption processes
  • Proven ability to lead and manage multiple teams
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Nice-to-Have :

    • Banking industry experience

  • ServiceNow experience
