Job duties :

• Coordinate the process / function of taking premium photos, recording cinematic videos, making 3D virtual tours, floorplans, drone / aerial shots, virtual staging, and 3D renders, and social mediateasers.
• Select and set up camera and video equipment, such as lens, filters and film magazine to beused.
• Adjust focus, exposure, lighting and other camera settings.
• Operate film camera, video camera, and drone equipment.
• Label and record contents of film and video footage, and complete report sheets.
• Test, maintain, and store film, video, and drone equipment.
• Operate unmanned aerial vehicle / drone to capture aerial films of real estate subjects.
• Maintain awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industrydevelopments, etc.
• Market to and liaise with real estate agencies, which use our photography, videography, staging and social media consultancy services.

Terms of employment : Permanent and full-time.

The language of work : English.

Wage : $38.03 per hour.
