Responsibilities

We’re seeking a hands‑on Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of the 24 / 7 Whitbt manufacturing facility, ensuring production goals are met safely, efficiently, and within quality standards. In the short term, this is an execution‑focused role managing staff, optimizing processes, and maintaining equipment. Over time you’ll take on leadership, process improvement, and team management duties covering quality and maintenance.

Key responsibilities include :

Health, Safety & Environment (Food Safety)

• Promote and enforce workplace safety policies in compliance with occupational health regulations.
• Support and maintain all activities related to the Food Safety Management System.
• Audit safety, food safety, quality, and environmental housekeeping procedures and act on findings.
