Job description

ABOUT THE POSITION

  • Marketing and processing for existing clients
  • Endorsements, new business, up sell and cross sell, customer inquiries
  • Complete policy reviews and renewals
  • Follow up on letters and invoice, payments and certificates

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Level 2 license in Manitoba
  • Minimum 2 years of Personal Lines Insurance experience at a brokerage
  • Experienced in providing customer service with various situations
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge in EPIC or other similar software
