Compensation : $38.62 per hour.
Regular Work Hours : FULL TIME HOURS; 7.25 hours per day not including 1 hour unpaid lunch break, to be worked during regular business hours, Monday to Friday (36.25 work hours per week).
Work Location : Hybrid - combination of 2 days remote-based and 3 days onsite at client's downtown Toronto office. Onsite work expectations subject always to client business requirements, and may change according to client business need.
Responsibilities Summary :
Contribute to review and reconfiguration of enterprise-level SharePoint site, providing consulting services and collaborating with team members to ensure that SharePoint site is aligned with current project needs and goals.
- Review and update SharePoint site’s layout, content, and user interface to improve functionality and user experience.
- Work closely with team members to gather requirements and feedback for necessary changes.
- Assist with reorganizing and updating SharePoint site structure and content.
- Ensure SharePoint site’s functionality is optimized for ease of use, efficiency, and accessible to all individuals.
- Troubleshoot and address any site-related issues as they arise.
- Additional SharePoint site design and maintenance responsibilities as required.
Qualifications :
Education : Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Preferred Work Experience : At least 3+ years of experience in enterprise-level SharePoint site design and maintenance.
Technical and Language Skills Requirements :
Expert proficiency in SharePoint (will be tested).Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong business writing skills, excellent proofreading, and professional telephone manners.Task -Based Qualifications and Additional Attributes :
Demonstrated experience in designing, updating and supporting enterprise-level SharePoint sites.Demonstrated record of professional conduct and character. Responsible, reliable and works to deadlines.Focused and able to work effectively with minimal direction and supervision, to prioritize tasks effectively, and to manage volume targets and due dates.Pleasant and courteous. Demonstrated commitment to client service and professional representation of the organization.Proven ability to professionally handle confidential information and exercise good judgement in the interpretation and application of instructions and organization policy.Superior attention to detail, and organized, methodical approach to completion of tasks.Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and collaboratively, and in an advisory capacity, and liaise effectively with a wide and diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.Additional Requirements :
