Kim looking for a babysitter or nanny in Nanaimo

Hello! My name is Kim, and Im looking for a caring, reliable babysitter to help out with my familys needs. I currently work from home, and although its wonderful to be around my child all day, I need focused time to get my work done.

Were a small, close-knit family. Its me, my partner, and 2 kids. We value warmth, open communication, and trust. Were pretty laid-back, but we like to keep some structure in our daily routine so that everyone knows what to expect.

The Child Youll Be Caring For

Our baby is 20 months oldvery curious, active, and loves to explore.

We focus on nurturing her interests with simple toys, music, books, and plenty of playtime.

We also place importance on having a calm, safe environment, so wed love a babysitter whos patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoys interacting with children.

Schedule

We typically need childcare from around 11 am to 3 or 4 pm, probably Monday to Friday.

Ill still be at home in my workspace, so Im nearby if neede
