The RBC Capital Markets Women's Advisory Program is a selective, industry-leading multi-month early insight and professional development program for outstanding female undergraduate students interested in pursuing a career in finance.

In Canada, the program explores Capital Markets careers with our award-winning businesses in Banking (including Corporate Banking / Global Credit and Investment Banking) and Global Markets (including Equities, Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities, and Global Research), as well as Sustainable Finance.

Eligibility :

  • You are passionate about a career in Capital Markets
  • You are a full-time female undergraduate student graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027
  • You are able to join us for a 2025 co-op / internship during the Winter (Jan-April), Summer (May-August), and / or Fall (September-December) work terms

Application Deadline : August 4, 2023, 11 : 59pm ET

Application Review & Selection Process Timeline :

  • Following the application deadline, applications will be reviewed by a team of RBC Capital Markets colleagues
  • Select, eligible students will advance to a program interview with a member of the business; following which successful candidates will be invited to join the program
  • Program specifics including a timeline of Fall events will be provided to all program participants*
  • Participants will be put on one of two business tracks. Please watch theRBC Anatomy of an Investment Bank (case-sensitive password : nPmaVPe5)and select your business track preference on the supplementary questions.
  • In the event of any in-person program sessions, RBC Capital Markets will cover any travel expenses for participants located outside of the Greater Toronto Area
