Job descriptionJOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is looking for a project manager to join a healthcare client. This project manager will be responsible for : project oversight of resources and stakeholders; managing timelines and milestones, including maintenance of WBS & schedules and scope; documenting outcomes; monitoring, summarizing and communicating the progress of activities to the appropriate leadership team members; risk and issue management related to their assigned project(s); and decision management and governance activities related to their assigned project(s) REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Minimum of 3 to 5 years leadership experience with IT / IM Services, project management, programs and services. Project Management experience in a complex health care organizational environment preferred. Strong knowledge of health care issues Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task to meet tight deadlines Strong interpersonal skills Experience in leading teams of staff with indirect accountabilities to other operational units Experience in leading a large scale EMR implementation with Cerner / Oracle Health or other large scale EMR preferred Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders High level of accuracy and attention to detail
