JobCart Inc is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Lead. This position is open to Chinese-speaking candidates only.
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of employees and driving their success. You will collaborate with our Chinese-speaking clients to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of employees
- Ensure team members are meeting performance targets
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Monitor and analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them promptly
Requirements
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
