Summary Statement

The responsibilities of the Nursing Director include lead clinical

support functions and clinical operations; optimizing care workflows and other

service delivery; ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory

compliance; serving as the link between executive leadership, management, and

front‑line staff; directing nursing and other related and assigned operations

while collaborating with interdisciplinary providers and leadership; applying

• current nursing best practices; managing healthcare‑related contracts; ensuring staffing and fiscal accountability;

supporting organizational policy development and monitoring; serving as an

executive team member; and participating on committees at Stockley and within

the Division.
