Job descriptionFournir des informations générales et conseils afin d’enrôler des clients Accès et négocier des systèmes d’information Take ownership of customer’s issues / problems by using call control and selective sales techniques Acts as primary contact to insure follow up and resolution that meets and exceeds the customer’s expectation. Resolve customer issues by answering customer concerns, finding causes and solutions that evolve into sales or retention of customer Identify needs and present solutions
Exigences-Experience
- Diplôme d’études secondaires et six mois d’expérience au service à la clientele.
- Excellente maîtrise des logiciels Word, Excel et habiletés liées à Internet
- Habileté en communication orale et écrite
- Bilinguisme (parlé / écrit) français et anglais
- Très bonne aptitude à communiquer et à travailler en équipe
- Disponibilité à travailler selon un horaire variable, notamment le soir et la fin de semaine
