Job Summary :

Camus Hydronics Ltd. is seeking skilled Assemblers to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for assembling parts and components to create finished products, ensuring adherence to defined production standards, schedules, and quality requirements. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with electrical and plumbing systems, contributing to the manufacturing of highly efficient hydronic heating systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assemble parts and sub-assemblies to complete finished products according to established specifications.
• Wire electrical assemblies based on print requirements, demonstrating proficiency with wiring tools.
• Utilize various hand tools, including drills, for mechanical assembly.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, actively participating in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply mechanical and electrical aptitude to ensure proper fitting and assembly of products.
• Always promote and adhere to safety standards at all times.
• Exhibit proficiency in piping and plumbing tasks as part of the assembly process.
• Organize and arrange parts from previous stages to complete the final assembly.
• Review completed assemblies, parts, and products to ensure accuracy against drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Identify and report any production issues, assisting in resolutions as needed.
• Use creativity, adaptability, and sound judgment to achieve production goals.
