Translator - Senior

Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Translator - Senior for a 6-month contract located in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior translator with a financial services background.

As a Translator - Senior your duties will include but not be limited to :

Translating, proofreading, and editing translations, ensuring adherence to editorial standards and to the Office Québécois de la langue Française

Collaborating with partners and vendors to manage translation requests in a timely and cost-effective manner

Reviewing and implementing process improvements related to the French translation and editing process

Qualifications required for the Translator - Senior include :

3-5 years’ experience as a translator

Fully bilingual in French

Experience using Trados Studio, OQLF’s standards, Termum, Le GDT, Antidote, and terminology databases
