Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
Our client is an independent insurance brokerage that works hard to ensure fair premiums and broad coverages in all and any market to find the company to best suit their clients needs for all stages of life as it changes. They are seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join their team and continue a high touch and exceptional service.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage all aspects of the company book of business for home and auto
- Respond to incoming calls and multiple walk-in prospective business
- Prepare quotes and process new policies with timely follow up to clients
- Review client history and policy changes, endorsements and renewals ensuring accuracy
- Provide the best coverage to clients and include remarketing when needed
- Provide clients with a positive experience by being friendly and flexible
Key Qualifications / Attributes
A valid RIBO License with 5+ years experience at an Insurance BrokerageSelf-motivated and highly knowledgeable with personal lines coveragesEasy-going team player with excellent communication skillsDetail oriented with proven accuracy in policy writingKnow when to prioritize client follow up and answer their questions with confidenceSolid understanding of insurance regulations, standards and office workflowsWorking knowledge of Company portals and familiar with Aviva, Intact, RSA, Pembridge, etc. market portalsExperience working with PowerBroker and CompuQuoteProficient computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
