We are looking for the next generation of sales professionals for our Business Development / BDR program

This program provides you with a solid foundation to launch your career and progress to an account manager position. There, you'll hone your skills as a business development representative, identifying opportunities with leads and maximizing the potential of marketing leads. In addition, we will support you in developing your skills in pipeline management, demand generation, sales operations, networking and technical skills.

About the Team Hiring

Overview

En tant que représentant en développement commercial (BDR), vous devrez :

  • Développer et gérer un volume élevé de prospections pour qualifier les leads par appels, courriels et autres canaux
  • Déceler des opportunités potentielles tout au long du cycle de vie client (nouvelle clientèle, upsell, cross-sell) pour l’organisation de vente
  • Mettre à jour et gérer le CRM pour assurer l’exactitude des enregistrements d'interactions clients
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les gestionnaires de comptes pour élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de prospection pour vos leads
  • Effectuer des appels de qualification avec les acheteurs potentiels et créer des étapes de suivi, y compris la planification de rencontres pour les gestionnaires de comptes pour une qualification supplémentaire
  • Évoluer dans le programme – des objectifs de performance et de développement des compétences seront fixés pour favoriser votre progression de carrière du développement commercial vers les ventes ou d'autres départements

  • Responsibilities

  • Autonome et bon coéquipier avec la capacité de prospérer dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Minimum de deux ans d’expérience en vente B2B.
  • Expérience préalable en tant que SDR, BDR ou en ventes internes souhaitée.
  • Appels à froid, prospection, recherche active de nouveaux clients.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office requise.
  • Esprit curieux, flexible et capable de s’adapter aux changements.
  • Diplôme de bachelor souhaité.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en français et anglais.
  • Motivé à atteindre et dépasser des objectifs de performance mesurables.

    What you can expect from us

    As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will :

  • Develop and manage a high volume of prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and other channels
  • Identify potential opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle (new customers, upsell, cross-sell) for the sales organization
  • Update and manage CRM to ensure accuracy of customer interaction records
  • Work closely with account managers to develop and implement prospecting strategies for your leads
  • Conduct qualification calls with potential buyers and create follow-up steps, including scheduling meetings for account managers for additional qualification
  • Progress through the program – performance and skill development goals will be set to support your career progression from business development to sales or other departments
