We are seeking a Junior to Intermediate Civil Design Technologist to join our Municipal and Infrastructure team in Kelowna. The role involves designing municipal and land development projects such as site and subdivision planning, municipal roads, residential developments, storm‑water management, pipe networks, and related assignments across BC.

Opportunity

As part of WSP’s Municipal and Infrastructure team, you will :

• Design and draft land development and municipal infrastructure projects.
• Prepare engineering designs, plans, and documentation using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other technical software.
• Coordinate regulatory approvals, construction cost estimates, tender documents, and contracts.
• Participate in project meetings with contractors, clients / owners, and stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively within a busy, close‑knit team environment to achieve schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Qualifications

Compensation

Junior : $53,100 – $73,000

Intermediate : $61,600 – $84,700

The final salary awarded may vary based on education, experience, and other factors.
