Job description

Responsible and motivating 310T certified Shop Foreman is required for a growing shop in Mississauga. Previous Bus and Street Sweeper experience preferred as well as 3 years supervisory experience.

Compensation

  • 100000 $120000 / year to start based on experience and training.
  • Full Benefits available after the first 90 days of employment.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm.

    • Daily Duties

  • Manage team of technicians and apprentices focusing on safety and productivity.
  • Open and close work orders when required.
  • Provide quotes and liaise with customers.
  • Ensure proper maintenance inspections reporting and accountability.
  • Manage warranty and administrative tasks for multiple OEMs.
  • Conduct interviews hiring discipline training and terminations with new and current staff.

    • 310T Licensed Previous Bus Experience Preferred OEM Training / Certification Preferred Diagnostics Troubleshooting Overhaul / Engine / Transmission Experience a plus Clear Communication

    Education

    310T Licensed High School Diploma or Equivalent Clean Driving Record OEM Certificates considered an asset Clean Background Check Tools
