Associate Dentist – Stony Plain Dental Centre, Alberta

Opportunity Type : Full‑time / Part‑time

Location : Stony Plain, Alberta

Sign‑On Bonus : $5,000 (split : $2,500 after 6 months, $2,500 after 12 months)

Relocation Package : based on experience

Daily Per‑Diem : $500

Loan Forgiveness Eligibility : up to $60,000 over 5 years

Practice Features : Established multi‑doctor clinic, state‑of‑the‑art technology (Glidewell, iTero, AI diagnostic tools)

Opportunities : Equity partnership, mentorship program, leadership development for new graduates

Compensation : Fee‑for‑service starting from 40% collections and higher (depending on experience)

Schedule : Monday‑Saturday availability; flexible scheduling to accommodate preferences

What We Are Looking For :

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from an accredited institution, or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process
• Registered or in process of registering with the Alberta Dental Association and College
• Eligible to practice dentistry in Alberta
• New graduates welcome with mentorship provided
• Strong communication skills and genuine passion for community‑based care
• Commitment to providing 400+ hours of annual patient care (for loan‑forgiveness eligibility)
