Job Overview - As the Brand Manager you will be responsible for developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing your brand plans, and driving volume and profitability. You will get to define innovation plans, marketing communications, and owned channel experiences for a portfolio of growing brands. We are seeking a dynamic, results oriented Brand Manager to help support category growth reporting directly into the Marketing Director.

Role and Responsibilities :
Creating and driving the innovation pipeline for a portfolio of on-trend brands uncovering white space opportunities and supporting portfolio growthLeading marketing and advertising campaigns, that leverage smart consumer insights, and creating a compelling brand narrativeMeasuring and reporting on success of marketing campaignsIdentifying how our brands are currently positioned in the market & where to take it nextDeveloping Brand Marketing plans thru to executionDriving profitability by analyzing the Brand’s Profit & Loss (P&L)Anticipating consumer trends and keeping the Brand up to dateDeveloping plans for U.S. regional grocery excellenceRecipe for Success :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field3-5 years of experience in CPG brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management within North American market is strongly preferredProven ability to work cross-functionallyExperience managing a brand across multiple marketsExperience managing agencies and developing digital campaignsCreative thinker and problem solver that is self-motivatedStrong communication and presentation skillsProject management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniquesStrategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trendsA Few Extra Ingredients :
