Job Description

Lead the charge on commercial construction projects, managing all field and site operations from groundbreaking to completion.

Oversee the Chandos Production System, design, budget, schedule, performance, subtrades, and profitability while ensuring every site is safe, clean, organized, and high‑performing. You’ll direct crews, mentor Superintendents, Field Engineers, and Foremen, identify training needs, and support apprenticeships.

With a sharp eye on budgets and forecasts, you’ll optimize resources, remove roadblocks, enforce safety protocols, ensure quality testing meets specs, master‑plan and schedule complex builds, and serve as the primary client liaison—driving results that meet and exceed expectations.
