Business Analyst

We are looking for a talented and driven Business Analyst to join our team. 5+ years’ experience in client facing role.

Responsibilities

• Work with business partners to identify opportunities and define goals for various initiatives.
• Play a key role in articulating detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate across business, user experience, and technology teams to drive delivery.
• Collaborate with user experience designers to prepare wireframes for review with business users and development teams.
• Prepare detailed specifications and supporting documents to guide development teams as needed.
• Work with QA to assist in designing and reviewing test cases.
• Meet deadlines and communicate delays in a timely manner.

Skills Required

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders to understand the business and gather requirements.
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage and execute simultaneous projects and tasks.
• Self-motivated, with a high level of initiative.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Project).
• Experience in an Agile setting writing user stories, acceptance criteria, epics, and organizing the backlog according to the overall roadmap.
• A degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
• Prior development experience at an investment bank or other leading financial services firms.
• Comfort working with ambiguity, managing, and resolving complex issues.
• Experience with SQL and tools such as Tableau to query data for analysis and visualization.
