We are looking for a Process Engineer who can elevate workflow efficiency, optimize ERP use across the business, and support a modern and progressive manufacturing culture. This role blends hands on process engineering with systems thinking, data integrity, and cross functional collaboration to improve how work flows through the entire plant.

Your Impact :

The Process Engineer plays a crucial role in improving operations through smart process design, data driven decision making, and continuous improvement. This role works closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Scheduling, and Leadership to standardize workflows, enhance ERP accuracy, reduce waste, improve throughput, and support a safe and efficient plant environment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, optimizing systems, uncovering performance insights, and making meaningful improvements that support team and the customer experience.
