We are seeking a proactive Senior Sales Manager to lead our client’s sales strategies, objectives, and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the sales functions, ensuring that department employees and sales plans are aligned to achieve sales and brand goals.

This is a permanent and fully on-site position.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales staff objectives by selecting, training, and coaching employees.

Communicate job expectations by planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions.

Attain sales operational objectives by contributing relevant information.

Prepare and execute comprehensive sales action plans.

Meet sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.

Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.

Identify sales opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.

Enhance product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.

Maintain rapport with key accounts through periodic visits.

Provide insights by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales and a management position.

Strong leadership and business acumen.

Proven experience in managing sales teams is essential.

Extensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies.

Excellent command of English, both oral and written.

Skilled in dealing with both distributors and end-users.

Ability to maintain strong interpersonal relationships.

Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Strong closing skills and the ability to present multiple product lines.

Proactive, attentive listener with attention to detail.

Superior organizational and time management skills.

Valid G driver's license and own vehicle preferred.
