Job description :
Company experiencing strong growth in recent years. As a result of this growth and their increasing number of warehouses, they have an opening for a multi-site warehouse manager in the Montreal and Laval regions. Above all, we are looking for a human being with a technical background who will be able to juggle well with change.
Main responsibilities :
- Be able to travel to all 7 warehouses, also replacing existing managers during vacations and other times as required.
- Follow operations day after day, both in terms of personnel management and processes, while respecting productivity targets.
- Know how to make decisions in a context of change, evolution, growth and high volume.
- Set objectives for employees, coaching, stimulating.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance contracts and standards in each warehouse.
- Daytime schedule Monday to Friday from 06 : 30, in peak periods may require working on a Saturday.
- Promoting health and safety is a must.
