The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
- Attend project meetings conferences corporate events and training as required
- Consistent open communication with Site Supervisor’s and ensure quality work by doing regular site visits
- Preparation of monthly progress billing and prepare monthly progress updates with upper management
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other employees throughout the company
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members individual strengths skill sets and experience levels
- Coordinate largerscale projects
- Attend job showings and meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation including coordinating all deliveries of equipment and material in a timely manner
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
