Work Schedule : 40 hours / week, 8am-4 : 30pm

Responsibilities

10,000 Bonus Available for Full Time!

Responsible for managing the quality and resources for all admitted patients, advocating for cost containment, and promoting seamless healthcare delivery. Performs comprehensive reviews of medical records for medical necessity, service intensity, and severity of illness.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience :

Minimum 5 years post-graduation experience from an accredited nursing school and a current RN license.

Grandfathered prior to April 1, 2015 : Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in Social Work for LCSW; RN Case Manager preferred.

Five years of acute care nursing experience preferred, with at least one year in case management, discharge planning, or nursing management.

Current BCLS (AHA) certification preferred.

Knowledge of Milliman and InterQual Criteria preferred.

Basic to intermediate computer skills required.

Behavioral Violence Prevention Training within 3 months of hire and maintained current.
