You will start with a training shift from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Once training is complete, your regular shift will run Thursday to Monday during the same hours. This schedule allows you to settle in and feel comfortable with the routine.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, and once you are hired directly by our client, you will enjoy profit sharing and excellent benefits. They offer paid training and real opportunities for career growth, all within a friendly and inclusive culture where people truly matter.
In this role, you will help by loading and unloading products, stocking shelves, and keeping the workspace clean and safe. You will also assist with inventory and deliveries, working together with a team that values cooperation and reliability.
To succeed, you should be able to work 40 hours per week on a long-term basis, lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, and maintain a clean criminal record. It’s important that you can commit to the Thursday-to-Monday schedule for the ongoing shift.
