The Ideal Candidate Graph’em is Looking For :

Bilingual Senior Full Stack Developer

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with project management skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with expertise in various technologies and frameworks, as well as the ability to lead projects, in collaboration with our CTO.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Fluency in French and English
7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
Strong proficiency in PHP with 5+ years of backend development experience
Extensive experience with WordPress, including custom plugin and theme development
3+ years of experience with Laravel framework
5+ years of JavaScript development
Proficiency in at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular)
Experience with Linux server administration and VPS management
Familiarity with AWS cloud services
Proven track record in team leadership and project management
Expert-level proficiency with Git and version control best practices
Strong client communication and relationship management skills

Preferred Qualifications :

Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Experience with database design and optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL)

Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation

Experience with automated testing and TDD practices

Understanding of web security best practices

Contributions to open-source projects

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applicationsCoordinate project planning and strategies with CTO

Lead technical projects and mentor junior developers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features

Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code

Participate in code reviews and implement best practices

Optimize application performance and improve user experience

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Act as project manager on select projects, overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery

Ensuring that the projects you are managing are following company policies, in terms of budgets and customer relationships

Make sure that the projects you are managing are solvent

Balance technical development work with project management duties as needed

Compensation

Salary to be discussed based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule & Place of work

The schedule is full-time, Monday to Friday during regular business hours, in compliance with BC labor laws.
