The opportunity

CloudBees is seeking a data-obsessed and detail-oriented Marketing Business Analyst to join our Marketing Operations team.

An ideal candidate will have a passion for translating data into meaningful and actionable takeaways to drive marketing strategies and decision-making in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

This role involves extensive business analysis to improve our marketing campaigns, customer insights, and overall business performance.

Your impact

As a Marketing Business Analyst, you will :

  • Assist in developing, monitoring, and refining our key Marketing metrics. Analyze these metrics with data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive our growth strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports in partnership with our cross-functional Data & Analytics team to track key performance indicators (KPIs), and measure pipeline (lead scoring) and campaign performance.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide actionable insights, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical team members across levels.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend modifications and optimize pipeline and marketing campaigns for better performance and ROI.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of marketing data, and manage data processing, cleansing, and enrichment activities.
  • Champion the use of data in fueling all Marketing strategy and decision-making. Help in educating the team on how our data is obtained, how that data can be used, and the impact of data on reaching our goals.
  • Design and execute A / B tests or other experimentation in partnership with Marketing, Product, and Web teams. Gather insight from this experimentation to inform our strategies and optimize our Marketing funnel.

Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience : 2-4 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably in a marketing or digital marketing environment.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python / R) and marketing analytics platforms (e.

g., Google Analytics, Marketo, Tableau).

  • Analytical Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
