This role involves validating system functionality ensuring data integrity and supporting the transition from legacy systems to the new ERP platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems customizations and leveraging standard feature sets to meet business Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for ERP migration including customizations and standard features. Validate data migration accuracy and integrity across modules (Finance HR Supply Chain etc.). Collaborate with business analysts developers subject matter experts and project managers to understand requirements and ensure quality standards. Perform functional integration regression and user acceptance testing (UAT). Identify document and track defects; work with development teams to resolve issues promptly. Ensure compliance with organizational QA processes and best practices. Provide input on risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to migration. Support training and documentation efforts for end-users Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field. 3 years of QA experience preferably in ERP or other large scale systems. Strong understanding of ERP modules and business processes. Experience with data migration validation and system integrations. Familiarity with test management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps Jira). Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative Skills Knowledge of SQL for data validation. Experience with automation and load/performance testing tools (Selenium Playwright Neoload). Prior involvement in ERP implementation or migration projects.
