The Registries Modernization team is working on modernizing and replacing five aging registry systems, including the land titles and motor vehicles registries, and enhancing the corporate, personal property, and vital events registries for Albertans. This initiative by the Government of Alberta (GoA) aims to replace outdated registries with modern technology and improved processes. The approach involves regular releases of new services, defining new data products, and implementing a comprehensive GoA Registries Data Strategy and Roadmap based on Design Thinking principles.
