About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Intern to support both Human Resources and Office / Administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to people operations, recruiting coordination, and day-to-day office administration in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with the HR & Admin team to support employees, managers, and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
- Assist with recruitment coordination, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (document preparation, checklists, coordination)
- Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with HR data entry, reports, and internal trackers
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
Administrative & Office Support
Provide general administrative support (data entry, document filing, meeting coordination)Support office operations, including supplies management and vendor coordinationAssist with scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and organizing internal eventsHelp ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and follow-up on admin tasksSupport cross-functional teams as needed on operational or coordination workQualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Human Resources, Business Administration, or related programStrong organizational skills and attention to detailGood communication skills in English (written and verbal)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Google Workspace is a plusAble to handle confidential information with professionalismProactive, responsible, and eager to learnWhat You’ll Gain
