Wait N’ Rest – Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ)

Job Summary

As a Service and Hospitality Agent , you will welcome and assist passengers in Wait N’ Rest smart rooms at Toronto Pearson International Airport. From the front desk check-in to personalized customer service and room care, you will ensure every guest enjoys a safe, comfortable, and excellent experience.

Openings

Schedule

Full-time (8 hours per day)
Rotating shifts : morning, afternoon, and night
One day off per week (weekday or weekend depending on schedule)

Compensation

Competitive salary in CAD (based on the hospitality / airport market in Toronto)

Overtime pay and benefits in compliance with Canadian labor laws

Requirements

Fluent in English (mandatory)

Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, hospitality, airport, or front desk roles

Experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or room maintenance is an asset

Basic knowledge of digital tools and guest management systems

Legal eligibility to work in Canada

Ability to pass background checks and obtain airport clearance for restricted areas

Excellent personal presentation and communication skills

Flexible availability (rotating shifts, nights, and weekends)

Living in Toronto or nearby areas

Responsibilities

Welcome and check in passengers at the front desk , verifying access to smart rooms

Provide professional and personalized customer service during their stay

Keep passengers informed about check-in, check-out, and flight connection times

Assist with cleaning and preparation of smart rooms and common areas , following health and safety protocols

Regularly inspect rest areas to ensure cleanliness, order, and proper functioning

Anticipate and manage passenger needs to deliver excellent service

Achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals

Perform other operational tasks as assigned
