Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Parts Technician, located in Saanichton, BC. The role involves daily tasks such as managing inventory, processing parts orders, assisting customers with their parts inquiries, and collaborating with service teams to ensure availability and delivery of required parts. The Parts Technician will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, organizing parts inventory, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, order processing, and parts organization
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to address customer inquiries professionally
• Knowledge of heavy‑duty truck parts and familiarity with Freightliner, Western Star, or similar brands is an asset
• Proficient in using inventory management software and basic computer systems
• Ability to work collaboratively with service teams and adapt to a fast‑paced environment
• Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in parts handling
• High school diploma or equivalent required; certification or training in automotive or heavy‑duty equipment parts is preferred
• Reliable and physically fit to handle parts inventory, including lifting and moving items
