Senior Project Manager (Success Factors Implementation)
Position Details -
Position ID : Project Manager - Senior
Type (Contract, C2H, Perm) : Long Term Contract (12-24 Months minimum)
Location : Montreal, QC, 3 times a week in office - Hybrid
Shift / Core Hours : 9-5, 40 Hours a week
IV Process : 2 rounds, 30 mins each
What are they going to accomplish on a high level?
- Senior Functional PM for the Success Factors implementation.
- Working as a part of the HR Team on the transformation. Organize workshops, and communicate with everyone as part of the 3-year program.
- Will spearhead the HR side in stakeholder communication ensuring compliance with the project timeline, milestones, and cost.
Ensuring no critical activity is missed.
Day to day what are the responsibilities
- Organize (list of workshops) help build the plan
- Aligned with deliverables and dates
- Progress status and presented to PMO
- Report Status
- Flagging if they feel like anything requires attention
- Having a GLOBAL VIEW of this project is very important
Must-haves
- 5+ years as a functional PM
- Success factors implementation OR any transformation of an HR system project experience
- Understanding how it impacts the HR processes
- Understanding HR Functionality
- Planning tool such as ADO Project Plan (Azure)
