Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an bi-lingual FR/ENG Account Manager for province of Quebec. The Account Manager will oversee and grow customer accounts within the assigned region while building long-term relationships with customers. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, organizing regular client touchpoints, delivering tailored presentations, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will also support strategic sales planning and market growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Sales, and Customer Relationship Management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the B2B janitorial, industrial, or hospitality industries is a plus
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment
• Fluency in English and French is essential
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Availability to travel within Quebec for client visits
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
